Tortu filtrelerinin i\u00e7 dolgu maddesi olarak kullan\u0131lan <strong>Quartz kum<\/strong> ask\u0131da kat\u0131 maddelerin ve bulan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tutulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Quartz kum de\u011fi\u015fik gran\u00fclasyonlarda \u00e7ok katmal\u0131 olarak tortu filtrelerine konulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"pad-0\"><strong>Ar\u0131tma Kumu Nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ar\u0131tma kumu do\u011fal kuvars kumlar\u0131ndan y\u0131kama ve eleme i\u015flemlerinden sonra TS EN 12904 standartlar\u0131na uygun olarak \u00fcretilir ve istenen ebatlarda s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Ar\u0131tma kumlar\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lan kuvars kumlar\u0131 asit deneylerinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnmez ve k\u00fctle kayb\u0131na u\u011framaz. \u0130\u00e7me suyu ar\u0131tmada kullan\u0131lan kuvars kumlar\u0131; suda bulunan zararl\u0131 mikroorganizmalar , tortular, bakteriler ve zararl\u0131 partik\u00fcller ar\u0131tma kumu ile ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"pad-0\"><strong>Ar\u0131tma Kumunun \u00d6zellikleri Nelerdir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ar\u0131tma kumu temiz su, at\u0131k su, fabrika at\u0131k sular\u0131, kuyu sular\u0131, g\u00f6l sular\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere kullan\u0131lan kuvars a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 kumlard\u0131r. Kumlar\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fcksek safl\u0131kta olup olduk\u00e7a sert madenlerin do\u011fal y\u00f6ntemlerle ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve elemeden ge\u00e7irilmesi ile TSE 12904 standartlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u00fcretilir. Her tip boyda bulunur, mikronize edildikten sonra evsaf\u0131na g\u00f6re 0,5-1,2 mm 0,7-1,2 mm 0,4-0,8 mm 1,-3 mm 3-5 mm 5-8 mm 10-15 mm 15-25 mm olmak \u00fczere s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nem kazanan ar\u0131tma kumu temizlik ve i\u00e7me sular\u0131n\u0131n pis maddelerden tuzdan yosundan ar\u0131nd\u0131rarak bakterileri absorve ederek biyolojik ve kimyasal kitleleri tutarak sular\u0131 temizler.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"pad-0\"><strong>Ar\u0131tma Kumunun Kullan\u0131m Alanlar\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Belediyelerin i\u00e7me suyu ar\u0131tma tesislerinde, havuzlar\u0131n y\u00fczme alanlar\u0131ndaki konut ve i\u015fyerlerinin bulundu\u011fu alanlarda olduk\u00e7a yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ba\u015fl\u0131ca i\u00e7me suyu ar\u0131tma tesisleri, at\u0131ksu ar\u0131tma tesisleri, kazan filtreler ve y\u00fczme havuzlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kuvars Ar\u0131tma kumlar\u0131n\u0131n TS EN 12904 standartlar\u0131na uygun olmas\u0131 zorunlu oldu\u011fundan tesisimizde ar\u0131tma kumlar\u0131 TS EN 12904 standartlar\u0131na uygun olarak \u00fcretilir. Kaliteli ve do\u011fru \u00fcr\u00fcn se\u00e7ildi\u011finda ar\u0131lan i\u00e7me suyu kalitesi ona g\u00f6re artar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7me suyu ar\u0131tma tesislerinde h\u0131zl\u0131 ve yava\u015f kum filtre sistemleri mevcuttur. H\u0131zl\u0131 kum filtreleri genelde 0,800-1,200 mm filtre kumu aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda nozullu ve ters y\u0131kama sistemi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Yava\u015f kum filtrelerinde ise 15-25 mm \u00e7ak\u0131l ve 5-15 mm \u00e7ak\u0131l ile yataklama yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00dczerine 3-5 mm ve 1-3 mm \u00e7ak\u0131l konulur. En \u00fcst tabaka ise 0,300-0,500 mm aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 metre y\u00fckseklikte Ar\u0131tma kumu konulur.Yava\u015f filtrelerde su ak\u0131\u015f debisi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Suyun kimyasal yap\u0131s\u0131 ve kirlilik oran\u0131na g\u00f6re yava\u015f veya h\u0131zl\u0131 kum filtre se\u00e7imleri yap\u0131l\u0131r.
